Lauderdale Design was hired by the architect to build out the FF&E in this 3 story residential building. Our tasks included specifying the lighting, plumbing, appliances, tile and flooring. For this scope we select and price all the fixture using our innovative design software. Our clean layout and construction budgets are an asset to our builders and developers.
