At Lauderdale Design, every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager. This person is responsible for ensuring a flawless and timely execution of your construction and turnover. We are basically “on call” to make daily, weekly and monthly site visits and work very closely with all of our vendors, trades and sub contractors during the project’s partnership. Among construction management, your “PM” is also responsible for your project’s accounting, finances and purchasing.
