The Gateway Residences

The Gateway was over a two year design and build project. This 59 unit building is located in downtown South Orange, NJ. The beauty of this location is that it is nestled next to a 28-minute (add hyphen) direct train to Manhattan.  In this project the scope of work included lobby design, mailroom, offices, and amenities room as well as the 10,000 sq. ft. retail space on the ground level.  We work closely with the architect and created several penthouse apartments on the upper level.  This 95,000 sq. ft building as a roof top lounge with overlooks downtown South Orange.
