Easton Yards Residences​

Easton Yards is a powerhouse project. The warehouse conversation into lofts are built in an up and coming industrial area of Pennsylvania. The project is located right over the Delaware Water Gap and offers commenting options in close proximity. The prominent design feature to the lobby is the repurposed elevator motor we salvage from the existing elevator shaft on the north side of the building. The project is a typical large scale development project we take on for architects and developers. Our firm specs full details of the gym equipment and layouts as well as power and data needed. Typically projects of this scale will include a lounge or amenities rooms for the tenants to utilize and these are all predesigned during the design development stage.
